How To Add Your Truman Custom Signature In Outlook 2010

  1. Open a new message.
  2. On the Message tab, in the Include group, click Signature, and then click Signatures.
  3. On the E-mail Signature tab, click New.
  4. Type a name for the signature, and then click OK.
  5. Paste the text you copied from the Truman Custom Signature Form into the editor at the bottom.
  6. Click OK to close the Signatures window.
  7. Your signature should now show up when you send a new message.
