  The preferred format is to use the full name, Truman State University.
  

Other Formats

• TRUMAN STATE
  Preference is to use Truman State University. Truman State is primarily used for Athletics, but may be used, especially when space does not allow for the complete name. Any artwork must be approved by the Publications Office.
  TRUMAN
  If space does not allow the use of Truman State University, TRUMAN is an acceptable shortened name.
• TSU when used in combination with the full name of Truman State University
   Truman State University must always be used with TSU. Do not use TSU alone.
